Alterations and Repairs
If your LAGOS item requires repair or alteration, please follow the instructions below:
- Complete all information and print our Service Request Form
- Package your LAGOS in a secure box - envelopes not recommended
- Original packaging will not be returned. Do not include gift boxes, pouches, or other items you wish to keep
- We are unable to ship to a PO Box address as we utilize UPS
- Include this form with your item(s) to be serviced via your preferred shipping method to:

We recommend obtaining insurance and tracking. Please allow 2-3 days after receipt for a LAGOS Customer Care Specialist to provide your assessment and estimated cost. Shipping and handling fees apply. Servicing may take up to 2-4 weeks once received.

Polishing Services
For a minimal fee, you can send your LAGOS jewelry for a professional cleaning and polishing.
- The general fee for this service is $25 per item
- Shipping and handling fees apply
- Your item(s) will be professionally cleaned and polished by a LAGOS jeweler
Complete all information and print the Service Request Form to include with your jewelry.
Please note: Refurbishing and cleaning does not include repairs, such as restringing or replacing damaged gemstones. Diamonds, pearls, and gemstones will be tightened during the refurbishing process.
