If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your unworn jewelry within 90 days of the original invoice date.

Please include your order packing slip and put it inside the box. You will receive a confirmation email when your item is received. Allow 7-10 days for the processing of your return.
Please note: Engraved or custom items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.
If you are looking to make an exchange or return, complete the following steps:
1. Include the packing slip in your package.
2. Pack your return securely.
3. Affix your prepaid shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
4. Drop your package at a UPS location and allow 7-10 days for the processing of your return or exchange.
