Shipping Confirmation

The confirmation of your order will be sent via email to the address provided at check-out. You may also view your order status by logging into My Account.

Delivery

UPS is our preferred carrier to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible. For other arrangements or special handling, please contact customer care. Items typically ship in 1 business day and arrive within 2-6 business days. For items that are personalized with engraving or monogramming, please allow an additional seven business days for delivery.

Shipping & Handling Charges

For US orders over $100, shipping & handling charges are free when you select SECOND DAY at checkout. For orders $100 and under, there is a $10 fee for shipping via UPS GROUND. Select NEXT DAY for overnight shipping with a $17 fee. Delivery times are not guaranteed and will vary based upon specific order, carrier as well as the time of year.

Special Delivery

Whether it is your anniversary or last-minute birthday present, we understand there are special circumstances. Call or email customer care to arrange for special delivery. These options may incur additional charges.

If your LAGOS purchase is a gift, you may ship directly to an alternate address at no additional charge (US domestic orders only).

Express Delivery

If you can’t wait to receive your items, there are two express delivery options available.

SECOND DAY should arrive 2-3 business days after shipping if ordered by 3PM EST Monday through Friday. 

NEXT DAY should arrive within 1-2 business days if ordered by 3PM EST Monday through Friday.

Please note: second day or next day express orders placed Friday after 3PM EST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day. The same applies to standard ground shipping for orders under $100. 

For items that are personalized with engraving or monogramming, please allow an additional seven business days for delivery.
