Pretend you are putting on a bangle by closing your fingers together. Using a flexible measuring tape, wrap it around your hand at the widest point (pulling the measuring tape tightly around this area). Compare your hand circumference to the chart below. Purchase a bangle with diameter that is the larger from your actual hand measurement.
