Shipping Confirmation

The confirmation of your order will be sent via email to the address you provided at check-out. You may also view your order status by logging into Your Account.

Delivery

We want your new jewelry to get to you as quickly as possible.

UPS is our preferred carrier. To make other arrangements, contact customer service for special handling. Most items ship in 2-3 business days; orders received after 3PM EST are processed the following day. Standard shipping arrives in approximately 5-7 days, APO/FPO addresses arrive in 4-6 weeks.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping & Handling Charges are automatically calculated based on your total order (before taxes) and this will include all charges for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays.

Special Delivery

An anniversary coming up, a last minute birthday present...we understand special circumstances.

Call or email customer service to arrange for a special delivery. Future shipments are possible, but must be arranged by contacting Customer Service. Special delivery requests, including future delivery dates and customized packaging, may incur additional charges. If your LAGOS purchase is a gift; you may ship directly to an alternate address at no additional charge.

Express Delivery

Can"t wait to receive your new purchase?

Two express delivery options are available at check-out - UPS next day and UPS 2 day. Your UPS next day order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by 3PM EST. Please note: next day express orders placed Friday after 3PM EST or Saturday/Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Your UPS 2 day should arrive two business days after shipping if ordered by 3PM EST. Please note: 2 day express orders placed Friday after 3PM EST or Saturday/Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the second business day after shipping.

Delivery to International Destinations

Unfortunately at this time, LAGOS does not deliver any international shipments, only to United States and APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery to Post Office Boxes

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO BOXES).
